A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer who is

Key Responsibilities
Shape visions by collaborating with design, insights, product
management, and engineering to address strategic challenges
Lead projects by setting product design direction and ensuring
high-quality implementation that meets stakeholder needs
Coach and guide design teams and clients, facilitating
collaborative sessions and acting as an advisor
Required Qualifications
Experience in product development, experience design, or
consultancy
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design research, user
experience, and interaction design
Proven ability to balance design leadership with hands-on
involvement in projects
Understanding of technical platforms and design systems
Growth mindset with a curiosity for exploring diverse ideas and
learning opportunities
