Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate,
Underwriting, Real Estate Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Relationship Managers with financial modeling, screening
financing opportunities, and evaluating credit quality
Identify and assess risks related to property performance and
market dynamics
Perform market research to analyze trends affecting property value
and loan structure
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year accredited institution
Minimum of 4+ years of commercial real estate financial modeling
experience
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
Extensive knowledge of Excel, including financial modeling
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
