Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Actuary, Reserving.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive quarterly reserve analyses and profit share
analyses using standard actuarial methodologies
Develop and maintain models to project ultimate losses and assess
reserve adequacy
Collaborate with team members to enhance data quality and usability
for reserving purposes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, computer
science or a related field
8+ years of experience as an actuary in a similar role
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. R, Python)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) preferred (bonus
point)
