Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Accountant to manage corporate
reconciliations and support process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex reconciliations and resolve reconciliation
exceptions
Lead training sessions and document departmental procedures
Support critical incidents and complete audit requests
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Accounting or Finance Audit experience
2+ years of Project Experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated leadership competencies and ability to mentor
others
Solid understanding of operational accounting and risk impacts
