Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner & Equity
Administration Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Guide market benchmarking and oversee the design and development of
compensation structures
Manage equity plan administration, ensuring compliance and accurate
processing of equity transactions
Provide strategic compensation guidance and develop training
materials for managers and employees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business
Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification
preferred
7+ years of experience in compensation, including leadership
experience
Proficiency with compensation benchmarking tools and HRIS
systems
Experience administering equity programs, preferably using
Shareworks
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and develop
compensation strategies
