This role focuses on mentoring, curriculum development, and staff education to enhance nursing practices and patient care. Key Responsibilities: Mentor and educate current and future nursing students. Develop, deliver, and evaluate educational curricula and materials. Author and review educational resources, including textbooks. Track student progress and provide academic guidance. Stay current on clinical practices through research and ongoing education.
