Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, Investor Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Approve system-generated reporting and manage communication with
clients regarding commercial real estate loans
Prepare and deliver cash remittance and reporting requirements for
assigned portfolios accurately and timely
Perform quality control on completed products and recommend process
improvements
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, business, or equivalent
experience
5+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a Senior
Analyst or Analyst role
0 - 2 years of experience in reconciliations and financial/investor
reporting preferred
Experience with Excel, including multiple formulas and macros
High degree of professionalism and ability to manage multiple
priorities independently
