Job Description:
A company is looking for an Idea Mentor to drive innovation and
mentor a high-performing content team.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate idea briefs, provide feedback, and approve winning
concepts
Mentor team members, identify strengths, and create growth
plans
Research trends and collaborate on a monthly content plan
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in content creation or idea generation
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and evaluate ideas
Proven leadership and mentoring experience
Exceptional multitasking and deadline management abilities
Fluency in Spanish at C1 level and English at B2 level
