Job Description:
A company is looking for an Organizational Coach.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and/or group coaching to FAO staff
Design, develop, and deliver customized coaching sessions based on
staff needs
Deliver a progress report at the end of the year
Required Qualifications
University degree in Management, Leadership, Psychology, Human
Resources, Social Sciences, or related area
Minimum 5 years of relevant coaching experience in an international
environment, preferably within the UN System
Coaching Certification approved by ICF, EMCC, CCE, or another
recognized body
Working knowledge (level C) of English
