Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Deaf and Hard of Hearing
Teacher for a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored, virtual instruction to students who are Deaf or
Hard of Hearing
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to
support student progress
Use sign language, visual cues, and adaptive technologies to ensure
students have full access to the curriculum
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Deaf Education or a related
field
North Carolina state certification in Deaf and Hard of Hearing
Education
Prior experience teaching Deaf or Hard of Hearing students is
preferred
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
