Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer to design and
implement technical solutions that enhance engineering
productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Design systems and software integration patterns to align with
engineering goals and business initiatives
Lead the development of architecturally impactful components and
frameworks for software solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers while
promoting best practices and collaboration across teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field,
or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience in engineering environments with a focus on
software engineering planning
Experience architecting software solutions with performance,
reliability, and security requirements
Proficiency in AWS, Bedrock, and system integration patterns
Experience managing large-scale projects and articulating complex
ideas to diverse audiences
