Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Implementation &
Provisioning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement scalable processes to support growth and
manage client needs
Streamline onboarding processes using technology-driven solutions
to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
Lead initiatives to maximize client adoption of technology
solutions and improve overall client readiness
Required Qualifications
At least 8 years of experience leading implementation or client
service teams in a high-growth environment
3+ years of experience with SaaS platforms or HR technology
solutions
Expertise in designing scalable processes that enhance efficiency
and accuracy
Proven ability to foster collaboration across teams to ensure
client success
Competence in using KPIs to evaluate performance and identify
improvement opportunities
