templates
Directly project manage cross-functional engineering-led
initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in engineering management, program
management, or related roles
Ability to clarify complex areas of collaboration at the company
level
Metrics and data-driven with a commercially minded approach
Strong business acumen for strategic decision-making
Experience operating at multiple altitudes within an
organization
