Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Manager to oversee contract
negotiations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with legal counsel and suppliers to manage risks related
to contracts
Ensure timely review and communication of contract variations to
relevant parties
Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding
contractual matters
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in legal contract matters, contract
management, or business negotiations
Experience in reviewing and revising contracts using templates and
clause libraries
Strong customer service orientation and collaborative mindset
Effective negotiation and project management skills
