Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director - Project / Program to
oversee a portfolio of contracts with the state of California.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for the state client and ensure
compliance with contract requirements
Oversee project administrative operations including budget,
financial controls, and human resources
Manage operational managers and participate in internal audits and
research studies to support project direction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of professional
experience required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school preferred
Must reside in the Continental US
Experience in project management and compliance with state and
federal regulations
Proven leadership skills in managing teams and achieving corporate
goals
