A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Disputes
Investigation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team focused on escalations, complaints, appeals, and
disputes
Lead process improvements and automation initiatives in
collaboration with internal teams
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while fostering a
positive work environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in banking disputes and
investigations
Minimum 6 years of management experience in financial
institutions
Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems
Knowledge of banking compliance trends and regulations
Experience managing relationships with offshore global operations
partners
