Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction
Identify opportunities for growth within the Total Rewards
Division
Participate in training, team building, and strategic meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Life & Health Insurance Licensure required within the first 6
months
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exposure to Human Resources related software is a plus
Strong customer orientation and organizational skills required
