Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Lifecycle Manager to design,
implement, and optimize customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns
using Braze
Design and optimize customer journeys to improve engagement,
retention, and conversion rates
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for
optimization
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing lifecycle marketing campaigns using
Braze
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and
A/B testing
Experience with Braze Canvas, API integrations, and Liquid
scripting
Ability to analyze campaign performance and drive data-driven
decision-making
Familiarity with SQL, HTML, or other technical skills is a plus
