Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Management Operations
Associate (Seasonal Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing hotel accounts, including updating information
and resolving issues
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain and
update partner records
Collaborate with the account management team to ensure a seamless
and high-quality partner experience
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing/data entry
role
Fluent in Spanish for one of the openings
Experience managing multiple online platforms in a fast-paced
environment
Ability to adapt and respond to different personalities with a
positive attitude
Use of personal equipment including a computer and internet
connection is required
