Job Description:
A company is looking for an SMB Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact during a customer's onboarding
and implementation process
Coordinate and implement customers' data migrations, initial
trainings, and third-party integrations
Coach and train customers on product and industry best
practices
Required Qualifications
At least 2+ years of relevant experience preferred or knowledge in
the Home Service industry
Experience with ServiceTitan software is a big plus
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong customer relationship skills and understanding of excellent
customer service
Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus
