A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition for mortgage loans and ensure customer
satisfaction
Coach and develop a team of Loan Officers to achieve acquisition
targets and enhance performance
Collaborate with Sales Operations to analyze results and improve
sales strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in mortgage sales, focusing on acquiring
purchase business from agent relationships
1+ years of direct sales management experience in the mortgage
industry
Strong knowledge of Conventional, VA, and FHA loans; experience
with Non-QM and Jumbo loans is a plus
Proven track record in quota-driven roles with strong coaching
abilities
Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business
improvements
