Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Operations Manager to oversee
claims processing and vendor performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor relationships for claims processing and contact
center operations, ensuring smooth service delivery
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, addressing issues and
implementing corrective actions as needed
Provide reporting and analytical support to internal teams,
identifying opportunities for operational improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in vendor management or service delivery
management, preferably in healthcare
Strong background in managing vendor relationships, particularly in
claims processing or contact center operations
Proficient in project management and reporting tools, with
experience in performance tracking systems
Familiarity with claims processing systems and PBM operations
