Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Manager specializing in
Post-Sales and Service Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sales contracts, ensuring compliance with contract
terms and obligations
Oversee Prime Contract Management, including contract
interpretation and issue resolution
Support Service Contract Management, focusing on renewals,
modifications, and performance tracking
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Legal, Business, or a
related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in post-sales contract management or
related fields
Experience in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and
compliance
Membership with IACCM or NCMA and/or relevant professional
certification is a plus
Strong understanding of the commercial, legal, and financial
implications of contracts
