Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead hiring, mentoring, and development of SDR Managers and
SDRs
Set and execute new business pipeline strategy and manage KPIs for
the sales development organization
Establish strong relationships with sales leadership and refine
processes for team efficiency and productivity
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a second line leadership role overseeing Sales
Development teams in the SaaS space
5+ years in sales, preferably in SaaS
Strong foundation with SDR processes and KPIs
Proven success in exceeding targets and managing performance
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all
organizational levels
