Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Client Manager who will
create a seamless and high-quality experience for clients in
coordination with partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with partner agencies to understand client
needs and develop care plans
Provide exceptional service to clients and caregivers by guiding
them through the care process and managing care schedules
Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless client experience and
manage escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in client or patient management or demanding
customer service roles
Strong sense of ownership and proven track record in managing
processes
Ability to work autonomously and prioritize competing tasks
effectively
Commitment to providing high-quality care and exceptional customer
service
Flexibility to respond to client needs during evenings or weekends
as required
