  • Strategic Growth - Develop and execute strategic plans to increase student enrollment across all locations.
  • Relationship Building - Build, encourage, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Education - Educate key stakeholders about New Story's capabilities and services.
  • Customer Satisfaction - Suggest and implement measures to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • School Support - Assist schools in developing and executing plans to grow their student census.
  • Community Engagement - Represent New Story at community, networking, and industry events, as well as on committees.
  • Referral Insights - Collect and convey referral source feedback to enhance marketing effectiveness and operations.
  • Outreach Initiatives - Develop and expand community outreach opportunities.Required Qualifications:
    • Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Professional Experience - 4+ years in a role requiring regular communication with school district representatives, referral sources, and educational stakeholders (e.g., Principal, Special Education Coordinator, School Administrator, District Liaison, Educational Consultant, or Admissions Manager).
    • Communication & Relationship-Building - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
    • Technical Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
    • Problem-Solving & Organization - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and networking abilities to navigate complex situations effectively.Preferred/Nice to have:
      • Teamwork & Customer Service - Strong collaborative skills with a customer-focused mindset.
