Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Retention Executive to manage
and grow membership within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee customer account management for existing 2 - 99 ancillary
accounts, including negotiating contracts and agreements
Build relationships with brokers and agents and achieve retention
sales goals
Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns and act as a
liaison for escalated issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years' experience in selling or retaining within the employer
group insurance environment
Understanding of employer procurement processes
Client management experience
Business and financial acumen
Active life and health license or ability to obtain within 30 days
of hire
