Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator to provide
support and education to cancer patients throughout their care
journey.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee member
health through various communication methods
Coordinate care and provide clinical support for members from
screening to end-of-life care
Participate in case conferences and collaborate with healthcare
teams to monitor member progress and address needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted
registered nurse (RN) license
At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid
tumor oncology nursing
Oncology-related certifications such as OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM
required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire
Compact + single state licensure in Alaska, New York, Illinois,
Michigan, and/or California preferred
