A company is looking for a Patient Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding patient accounts and
medical supply needs
Create and manage new member accounts while updating demographic
and health information
Verify insurance eligibility and process required documentation per
payer guidelines
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced
environment
Experience with phone-based customer support
Strong computer skills, including the ability to manage multiple
systems
Must have a working computer and high-speed internet
Must maintain strict HIPAA compliance
