Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing
needs and job requirements
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various
channels
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring strong
communication throughout the process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
10+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT
industry
Deep understanding of complex technical requirements and the IT
landscape
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment
software
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
