Chief Human Resources Officer
Salary: $270,000.00 - $300,000.00 Plus Bonus
Location: Pittsburgh, New York City/NJ, or Naples, Florida

A national public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Chief
Human Resources Officer to lead its Human Resources function. This
role will involve creating and implementing HR strategies that
align with the firm's goals and objectives while fostering a
culture of excellence, inclusiveness, and innovation.Qualifications
and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration,
or a related field.
- 15+ years of human resources leadership experience, including
5+ years in a senior executive role within public accounting, a law
firm, or a wealth office.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving
skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement innovative HR programs
that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Expertise in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals
and objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws,
and regulations.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing
HR budgets.
- Demonstrated success in workforce planning and talent
acquisition.
- Experience leading HR technology implementations and data
analytics initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and
relationship-building skills, with a track record of building and

regulations.
- Develop and manage HR budgets to ensure efficient resource
utilization.
- Partner with senior leaders to execute workforce planning and
talent acquisition strategies, ensuring optimal talent
alignment.
- Oversee the management and optimization of HR systems,
technology, and data analytics to meet business needs.This role
