Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Project Manager to lead
strategic initiatives in recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to scope efforts, secure resources, and
drive project delivery
Track progress of initiatives and provide updates while ensuring
accountability among stakeholders
Focus on process improvements and operational efficiency within the
recruiting function
Required Qualifications
5+ years of project/program management experience
9+ years of total work experience
Background in Recruiting or Human Resources is a plus
Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday is a plus
MBA/MA is a plus
