Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead and
implement the technical direction of a Platform Engineering
team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of
software applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft technical
solutions that meet customer needs
Provide 24x7 on-call support and mentor less experienced
engineers
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in full-stack or backend Software
Engineering
Expertise in languages such as Python, Go, Typescript, and
React
Experience with container orchestration tools like Docker Swarm or
Kubernetes
Significant knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and
non-relational data stores (e.g., Redis, ElasticSearch)
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
