Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Lead to manage
and sustain their AssetCalc application while guiding a small
engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of software engineers, including hiring, training,
and performance management
Define technical roadmaps and strategies to meet business
objectives
Oversee the software development lifecycle and ensure adherence to
best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of .NET development experience
Proven track record of maintaining complex software
applications
Experience working in small teams within non-technical
organizations
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
Comfortable with strategic documentation and architectural
planning
