Job Description:
A company is looking for a FIA Resource Developer responsible
for creating exegetical resources for Oral Learners.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and draft exegetical resources for individual
passages of Scripture
Collaborate with the FIA Project to ensure resources meet the needs
of Oral Learners
Complete the six steps of resource development for each passage:
Hear and Heart, Setting the Stage, Defining the Scenes, Embodying
the Text, Filling the Gaps, and Speaking the Word
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with orality and oral communication
Competence in biblical exegesis and interpretation
Experience in drafting educational or instructional material
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to engage with diverse cultural contexts
