Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Attorney on the Writing
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed reviews of client-submitted drafts, ensuring
clarity, legal accuracy, and persuasive narrative flow
Assess evidence compilations and verify forms for accuracy and
compliance with USCIS guidelines
Collaborate with team members to finalize legal documents and
provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in
at least one U.S. jurisdiction
2+ years of experience in immigration law, focusing on
writing-intensive case types
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal
writing
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote
team
Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and
Slack
