Position: Machine Operator
Schedule/Hours: 3pm to 1am Monday to Thursday - 4 Day Work Week! 1st Shift Available as well.

Pay: $20 per hour

Locations: Lansdale, PA

Job Description:

• Hands-on training and cross-training across multiple departments.

  • Set up machine following production specifications and schedules.
  • Operate equipment and machine operate to produce high-quality products while following safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain smooth operations.
  • Perform regular maintenance to keep machinery in good condition.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly during production.
  • Record production details, including machine settings, downtime, and output.
  • Work independently while adhering to safety and quality protocols.
  • Complete and maintain batch data and cleaning logs accurately. Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 2+ years of Production or Manufacturing experience
    • Proficient math skills and mechanical aptitude.
    • Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and operate equipment. Benefits:
