Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Services Lead to oversee and
optimize payment systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end payment infrastructure and third-party
relationships
Educate customers on payment services and assist with
implementation
Monitor payment metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration,
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of experience in payments, e-commerce, or FinTech
roles
Knowledge of payment ecosystems, gateways, and financial
regulations such as PCI DSS
Experience managing cross-functional teams or vendor
relationships
Proven ability to make strategic decisions based on industry
trends
