You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of restoration services, including assessing, cleaning, disposing, and repairing homes and businesses. Responsibilities:

--- Sanitize and deodorize structure
--- Remove and replace damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials
--- Fix and rebuild the home or business
--- Survey structures for fire, mold, weather, and water damage
--- Clean and store salvageable belongings and property
--- Introduce the company to new lead sources, and secure new work.

Qualifications:

--- Good communication, teamwork, and listening skills
--- This position requires IICRC (inspection cleaning and restoration certification), and WRT (water damage restoration endorsement) is preferred
--- Applicant should be comfortable working in the field, in all types of weather and environments
--- Must have great physical fitness and able to lift 50 lbs
--- A high school diploma or GED is required
--- Very good communication skills required
