Key Responsibilities

Execute the complete design process from user research to
prototyping
Collaborate with leadership and teams to align on problems and
solutions, refining design systems and processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, particularly
in complex B2B environments
Proven ability to drive product and design strategy
Experience in delivering high-quality user experiences
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize impactful
projects
Demonstrated collaborative skills in a low-ego design culture
