A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to drive
predictable growth by aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer
Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maximize
revenue and customer retention
Oversee Marketing Operations, ensuring accurate lead attribution
and campaign performance tracking
Manage CRM and tech stack, optimizing processes for seamless
customer experiences
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or
a related role
Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including setup, automation, and
reporting
Experience in designing and managing compensation models for Sales
and Customer Success teams
Understanding of revenue operations within a digital marketing
services or SaaS company
Experience in Marketing Operations, particularly in lead
attribution and campaign tracking
