Federici Dental is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable Endodontist to join our established practice in Manahawkin, NJ part-time. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care by delivering high-quality endodontic treatment. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is a part-time position with flexibility in schedule, ideally visiting the practice a minimum of 2 days per month.About Our PracticeServing the community since 1979Number of Drs. in practice: 3 plus specialistPractices annual revenue: $3.2 Million33% FFS, 67% PPOPart-time WednesdaysFully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, Overjet, etc.)Active patient base: 2,500Specialty work in-office: Oral Surgery, Sleep Apnea, Invisalign, all-on-4/6 Hybrid Dentureshttps:// www.federicidental.com CompensationStrong minimum guarantee and % of collectionsMalpractice insurance401(k) and other voluntary benefitsQualifications and SkillsDoctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in the state of New Jersey, in good standing.Completion of a residency program in endodontics.At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients.Highly proficient in aspects of endodontics, including, but not limited to, root canals (anterior, premolar, molar), retreatments, apicoectomy, etc.Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.Willingness to be in-network as needed.Federici Dental is affiliated with 35+ other exceptional practices providing care to > 130k patients annually.
