Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Analyst I Reporting and
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Gather user requirements and analyze existing procedures for
necessary changes
Assist in testing deliverables and develop specifications for data
structures
Design, analyze, and develop reports to support decision-making and
monitor quality measures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
(minimum 4 years preferred)
Experience analyzing health care data and knowledge of medical
procedures and provider practices
Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of Medicare Risk
Model and CMS guidelines preferred
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation using database and
spreadsheet applications
Experience analyzing raw data with a focus on logical processing
and accuracy
