Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Strategy Analyst responsible
for supporting strategy, M&A, and partnership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support strategic planning efforts by identifying and prioritizing
growth opportunities
Assist in the development and execution of M&A, partnership,
and investment strategies
Conduct market research and analysis to inform business
intelligence and decision-making
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree is required
At least 5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction
services, consulting, or private equity
Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape, particularly the
payor sector
Proven ability to identify and prioritize strategic
opportunities
Experience in financial modeling and due diligence processes
