Position: Production Lead

Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:10 pm

or 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:10am

Location: Telford, PA

Pay: Starting at $24/hr

  • Daily Team Leadership: Assign tasks, review job instructions, and ensure high standards of focus and teamwork in a cleanroom or production environment.
  • Production Oversight: Manage the flow of operations, including quality inspections, logging records, and cleanings per SOPs.
  • System & Compliance: Utilize COSMOS (ERP system) and internal systems for job tracking and batch records.
  • Training & Compliance: Mentor new staff, maintain training records, and contribute to team training sessions. Essential Skills & Requirements:
    
    • Attention to Detail & Leadership Experience: Ideally, candidates have supervisory experience in production or cleanroom settings.
    • Technical Skills: Familiarity with computers, batch records, and quality assurance is a plus.
    • Soft Skills: Punctuality and flexibility are essential, as work begins only when the full team is present.
