A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to provide
expert support across its benefits offerings and employee
population.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support company benefits programs, collaborating
with leadership to enhance offerings
Determine and administer the best funding path for medical
insurance plans, serving as an expert on self-funding
Manage day-to-day administration of the 401(k) plan, ensuring
compliance and optimizing the program
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in benefits administration
3+ years of experience with insurance self-funding
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and
make strategic recommendations
Expertise in benefits strategy and 401(k) administration
Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals
