Responsibilities:
--- Diagnose plumbing issues, handle sales, and complete plumbing tasks for residential properties
--- Perform plumbing repairs, specializing in water heater repairs and replacements
--- Focus on tankless water heater repairs and replacements
--- Provide clients with multiple options and effectively present them
--- Conduct drain cleaning and jetting services
--- Ensure meticulous attention to detail during complete installations
--- Thoroughly test finished work to guarantee quality assurance

Qualifications:
--- The ideal candidate for the Residential Plumbing Service Technician position in Beachwood, NJ, US should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a flat-rate residential service and replacement company
--- Proficiency in residential plumbing service is a mandatory requirement for this role
--- It would be beneficial for candidates to have familiarity with basic boiler operations
