Job Description:
A company is looking for an EIV Analyst to support compliance
excellence in HUD operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee EIV and TRACS User's access management and ensure
compliance with HUD requirements
Coordinate and document EIV and TRACS re-certifications and assist
with Management and Occupancy Reviews (MOR)
Support audits and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with
HUD financial assessments
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in property management, compliance, or
affordable housing with HUD Secure Systems, TRACS, and EIV
2+ years of experience with property management software like
RealPage/OneSite
Familiarity with HUD regulations, EIV systems, and income
verification processes
Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and affordable housing programs
preferred
Strong knowledge of HUD Handbook 4350.3 Guide: Occupancy
Requirements of Subsidized Multifamily Housing Programs
