Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee
sales activities in a specified territory.
Key Responsibilities
Grow sales and establish market leadership in the assigned
region
Develop and implement sales plans aligned with regional and brand
goals
Prepare periodic sales reports to highlight performance and growth
opportunities
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related
technical discipline
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in consultative/value-based
technical sales management
Experience with refrigerant-based technologies is advantageous
Proven track record of growing market share in technical sales
Experience in independently negotiating sales activities in
alignment with brand policies
