A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Support who will lead and enhance client support services.



Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a geographically dispersed support team
Build and maintain exceptional client relations while ensuring successful product usage
Analyze support cases to identify issues and provide solutions, tracking team performance metrics


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher
10+ years of experience, including 5-7+ years in leadership roles
Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously
Experience in driving change management and innovative solutions
